Step Moulded Rubber Products are made from a process, which is carried out in a step-by-step manner to fabricate long parts of uniform cross sections. The parts thus produced from this process are much stable dimensionally than the other parts manufactured normally using conventional methods like extrusion & calendaring are carried out using step moulding.

These parts acquire excellent physical and chemical properties and are quite accurate as well.
